Baby + Family Portrait Pricing

- We now give all our portrait clients access to their own digital files. It’s perfect for the Do-It-Yourself type person! If you like to create things yourself or if you love finding ways to save a little here and there, it’s a great option. For those of you who are like me and like to order a finished product that I don’t have to touch afterwards, we do offer a full selection of fine art products and speciality items. It’s up to you. It’s just that easy.

All Returning clients will receive $25 off their session.

DIY Sessions perfect if you’re a fan of printing your own small prints for photo albums and the like. With our complete sessions you’ll have an all-access pass to your memories!

- All sessions include portrait digital files for print up to 5″x7″ sizes.
- All sessions include social media approved files of your ordered print collections.

- All session prices include on-location fees for the greater Chattanooga & N.W. GA area.

Newborn Sessions: We have 2 session styles for you to choose from -

Studio Style Newborn & Parent Session $495
This session is for newborns and parents only. You’ll receive the best 20 to 30  photos on CD. The best age for the newborn photos is between 6-10 days old. After the initial newborn session, tradition says infant photos at 3, 6, 9 and 12 months. Please note that this session allows for feeding & break times for your new baby, as well as a few clothing changes. Modeling is hard work after all.) Both parents are encouraged to attend for the newborn session. For scheduling, newborn sessions typically last  3 hours or more. This time includes break time and feedings. We’ll be working around the little one’s schedule, so please allow time in your scheduling. A studio style session focuses on posed images of your little one in several different poses, several poses with both parents as well as each parent with the little one alone. This style session

 

* Newborn sessions are fantastic when shot in the comfort of your own home. Please ask us about an at-home newborn session.

* If Dad will only be available for a limited time due to work, please plan on him being there at the beginning of the session so there is no waiting period.

* If you would like to bring along siblings to your maternity, newborn or infant sessions, there is a $50 fee per additional child. We also recommend planning on additional time for any kiddie meltdowns. For each additional child, you can expect between 10+ additional hi-res photos included.

Newborn/Maternity Sessions $750
This is, of course, 2 individual sessions. Maternity photos are recommended between 34-36 weeks. Dad is encouraged to attend the maternity session as well. Usually this session will last an hour to an hour and a half, however we always make sure to take our time and make you feel comfortable as we move along so please plan accordingly. An infant session is also included (Please see infant session details above). This combination package also includes a birth announcement design file and CD of both your maternity photos & infant photos delivered together. (see details above for bringing along siblings)

Baby Session $450

The best time for sessions for most babies is at 3, 6, 9 and 12 months because this is when most babies begin to change and do new and exciting things. However, each baby is different with their development, so please talk to us if you don’t feel like your baby works best on this timeline. You’ll receive the best 20-30 hi-res photos on CD. For scheduling, please allow up to 2 hours on your calendar to allow for break time and feedings. Include parents in this session for an additional $25 each. Include siblings in this session for an additional $50 each. (Siblings will also have alone time with the camera and for each sibling you will receive an additional 10+ images, as well as additional session time.)

Child Session $450
This session is for 1 child. For each additional child/parent please add $50. You’ll receive your best 20-30 images on a CD. You have the option for images at our studio or at our local outdoor location. (examples of both are available) This session will usually last 45-90 minutes, depending on how well he or she does. We don’t rush the little ones, we’ll take our time to get to know them and make sure they’re comfortable with us. If they need a break or meal time, we allow time in our schedule for it, please plan accordingly in your scheduling.

Family Session $500
This session is for a family of up to 4 people & your family pet*. For each additional person please add $25. You’ll receive your best 20-30 images on a CD. (family as well as individual photos will be taken of everyone.) Your family’s dog or cat is welcomed so long as they are friendly and well behaved. Please schedule up to 2 hours in your calendar, typically family sessions will last between 45 mins to 2 hours.

Lifestyle Session $1250
This session is for your special little family and is held at your home*. The focus of this session is to capture a-day-in-the-life for your family and the everyday beauty that is your life. This session typically lasts around 4 to 6 hours, depending on the size of your family and will highlight each individual with a look into their lives as well as who you are as a family. A comfortable session that will be a true treasure in your family’s history. You’ll receive your documentary style images of between 50-100 hi-res photos on a CD.

Additional Information

- Booking your session requires that a non-refundable $200 deposit be paid at the time of scheduling. To reschedule a session, please call 48 hours prior to your appointment to avoid losing your deposit. An appointment may only be rescheduled once to avoid losing your deposit. The remaining balance of your session including any state tax is due on the date of your session. Please plan accordingly to be a bit early or on-time for your session. All session times start at your scheduled time.

- Important note for parents: When you come in for your session, please be attentive and plan to turn off all cell phone devices. Please make time in your schedule for spontaneity and a break time for your babies/children. If work is an issue, you make want to plan to leave work early one afternoon. Drinks and healthy snacks will be available – a grumpy guss is never a happy photogenic guss. Please feel free to bring in your iPod stocked with your favorite music to play during your session. Daycare for children not being photographed is not available, however, if you would like to sit with them in our studio lounge area and watch some kid friend TV, it is available. All children must be with a parent at all times.

- Please allow 2 – 4 weeks for your edited images to be ready on CD. There is a $100 rush fee to have them ready within 5 days of your session. Please indicate if you would like your images rushed at or before your session.

- “Editing” includes minor re-touching services. For in-depth edits, i.e. acne, alternations, teeth whiting, swapped heads, etc; it is $50 per hour.

- For more than one on-location session, additional fees will apply. We do not recommend more than one location for children’s sessions. Modeling is hard work and usually by the end of location one, they’re done with me.

-Birth Announcements/ Christmas and/or Graduation Cards $45 (Design only!) We do offer full press print services as well as the Do-It-Yourself design. Please ask for details on printing & design options.

- Weekend sessions fill up fast, call well ahead of time to secure your spot.

- Holiday Cards will only be ready in time for Christmas if your session is done before Dec. 1st. No exceptions.

- State Tax is not included in pricing, please plan accordingly.
